Double-Blind Peer Review

1

Initial Screening

The Editor-in-Chief performs an initial check for scope, originality and formatting compliance. Papers not meeting basic criteria are returned without review.

2

Assignment to Associate Editor

The manuscript is assigned to an Associate Editor with expertise in the relevant area, who selects at least two independent referees.

3

Double-Blind Review

Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous. Reviewers evaluate originality, mathematical correctness, significance and clarity of exposition.

4

Decision & Revision

Authors receive a decision: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject. Revised manuscripts are re-evaluated by the same referees when necessary.

5

Publication

Accepted papers are copy-edited, typeset and published online in the next available issue. Authors receive a PDF proof before final publication.
